Verified my trim tag has paint code 28 - royal blue. It sure is a pretty color!

That is a good question. Good pic of the build sheet. Never seen a build sheet with hand markings. I'm hoping someone has an answer.

We found the build sheet on top of the gas tank in two pieces, the writing I think was to make sure it was painted the right color. Did you guys happen to notice the date at the top left of the page? Is it also true military sales are classed as an export?
