POA Valve rebuild or ??

The evaporator in our 71 Cutlass is getting iced up occasionally and I want to get the POA valve cleaned and rebuilt, but I am coming up dry for a rebuilder. Classic Auto Air in Texas says "no more" and I think they were the last to offer this service. I don't like the idea of the cycling clutch "update", as everybody calls it.

Classic quit servicing almost everything a few years ago, the guy who rebuilt POA valves for Classic Air was on CO, I think he retired.
