Im guessing if a chevy engine was installed correctly in the same position as a chevy engine should be in an A body gm car you should be able to fit anything that fits a chevelle since its the same frame .

Look up an oil pan that meets your criteria and treat it like a Chevelle with a small block.

I got the right oil pan but when we installed the motor the frame mounts did not line up with the motor mounts and the oil pan also hits the front crossmember there was already a Chevy 350 motor in the car.the the 350 motor has a 5qt pan and the 7qt pan on the 383.do u think I should change the frame mounts?

Yes the mounts on the frame are chevelle mounts that sit forward of the original 330 mounts. I am a couple weeks away from my first drive--can't wait.
