The 70 dual gate has a unique switch and is not related to the standard shifter.
Finding that switch is almost impossible as I have not seen it reproduced anywhere so you'd need a functioning used one...good luck with that.
Another way you can go about it if you're not concerned with originality is to hook up a column mounted shifter switch as that's what was done in 71 and 72 anyway. It just uses the backdrive linkage from the trans to operate it.
