AC blower

AC/Heater Blower

It runs on high speed only and feel cold / hot air but not come out the vents fast or high speed

Help us out! What are working on? If this an A body it could be the fuse that's located on the driver's side fender liner???

Check the blower motor resister.

If your fan only runs on HI speed it's likely that the resistor in the AC plenum is bad. This is a common problem on Oldsmobiles through out the years. You can access the resistor from the engine bay, it's mounted in the AC box on the fire wall.

Yep. No vacuum means the air blows out the floor vents only.
Many times the hose to the vacuum reservoir on the firewall is disconnected.
