Hi everyone, I've gotten to the point I'm working on dash. I've removed the dash instruments, cleaned all gauges and rebuilt all switches. My question is the paint on the instrument panel, is it wrinkle paint or just semi gloss black? In places it looks like wrinkle paint, that could be the lacquer paint after years. Please, someone let me know. The correct paint would also be appreciated.

 

I do believe it is wrinkle paint but i dont know first hand, it seems another member restoring one a year or so ago mentioned this. Im sure someone who knows for sure will chime in.
