1966 Toronado instrument cluster help!

Hey guys, looking for some help with my 1966 Toronado. I got the car with the instrument panel disconnected. I'm installing a wiring harness but the back of the instrument panel is really confusing me. Does anyone have any pictures or diagrams they can share? I have my basic Olds Toro wiring diagram from the shop manual but it's pretty hard for an amatuer like me to decipher. Thanks guys!

Use the wiring diagram colors to see which connector is for what devices. They are all different and can only go a certain place. Same with the lamp sockets. Its really not as hard as you think.

rear instrument panel

I'm assuming there's a certain kind of connector that fits over the male ends? Like I have a wire for Oil indicator on instrument panel....where in the F would I plug it into?

Bad as I hate cutting wire harnesses...

Several guys on here are parting 66-7 cars. See if one of them will cut the dash wiring plugs for you. Then match the wire colors, make good splices, and you'll be in good shape.

Might pay to have clear wiring diagrams for 66 and 67 at hand in case factory moved a wire from one year to next.
