wondering what my car is worth
I have a 64 Oldsmobile cutlass f85 deluxe 2 door hardtop WITH the posts. Original 330could with the 2 speed power glide. All #s are matching. I'm got it tore almost all the way down right now so I can repaint it the original color. I've never actually seen another car like this one. I've seen other deluxe but the had vinyl tops and No posts. Can any one give me a clue as to what I have?

What you have is a great looking car that will be a classic when completed
I doubt it is very rare but well worth saving,restoring and having a lot of fun. The 64 s are really sweet looking imo
They are lean and clean body lines ans shape. All you need are some nice wheels and tires and they look great,there were no factory mags in 64-65.

According to Collector Car Market Review, in fully-restored condition, your car would have a value of between $7,500 and $11,000. As noted, you would need to find someone to buy it, but at least you have some idea of what you might start out at with an asking price if you plan to sell it when complete.

By the way, Oldsmobile's term for your 2-speed automatic transmission is Jetaway. "Powerglide" is a Chevy term referring to their 2-speed automatic, although it has become a generic term for any two-speed GM transmission.

If your car is equiped with a powerglide then the trans has been changed. You should have a switch pitch 2 speed Jetaway in there.
It is not a 2 door hardtop with post...that is an oxy morron. It is a 2 door sedan or a post coupe. Hardtops have no post.
Agree with above....the car is worth only what someone else will pay. It is a tough market out there for all cars especially the common cars.
