understood. You use your judgement as per thread. Rule #7 is very clear and if I ruffled some feather, I apologize to all concerned. It was not my intention to slander anyone business, person or agency. Members have very valid points and had no plans to name any business or person in any shape or form. This is a customer service issue, that is it. Business in question has not fulfilled there obligation and to save face has attacked customer (s) with accusations that are not warranted in any shape or form.

These false claims by business escalated issue to un needed proportions and will continue until business decide to take high road (as I have) and sort out legitimate complaint in a business manner and not with bullying and or unfounded threats against members of the Oldsmobile community and customers of his business.


I would also suggest deleting this post to protect members and this valuable site from being involved due to sensitivity of subject and things that may be said in haste.
