Proper Places to Post

Hello all. I am new to this forum and have a question. I just posted question about trim identification in the "Vehicle Lineup" section but now am questioning my decision. What types of questions should go into the "Repair and Restoration" section and what types should go into "Vehicle Lineup"?

Vehicle lineup would include topics that are, for the most part, limited to that type of vehicle.
Examples:
"production numbers of 1971 Delta 88's" or "what were the stock radio choices in the Delta 88" would be best asked in the Delta 88 forum.

"Delta 88 clock malfunction" issues can be posted there or the electrical section.

"Paint touchup on a delta 88" is best asked in the paint and body section, as the techniques are shared amogst different vehicles.

A large restoration project can be outlined in the major builds and projects section.

"Frame rust repair" would be best discussed in the chassis / frame section (repair methods can be used with other frames).

"Delta 88 for sale" is to be advertised in cars for sale section.

"Should I buy a Delta 88 or a 98" would be best asked in general discussion

"What is a good beer to have after a successful project" would be best asked in the "clubhouse..."

There are no specific rules, just pick ONE catagory that you think your thread fits best.
Cross-posting the same thread to more than one forum is discouraged and can actually limit your responses. It is messy also...

You picked a good place for your trim question, as that trim piece is common only to the Cutlass series. However, posting in the body section would have been a good choice also.
