"OTHER" Places to find parts...

Well, I don't really know if people are aware that there are a few more places (other than say.. Fusicks or Mondollar, or the Dolce and Gabbanna version of Olds parts- Year One) to purchase parts for your vintage Olds. Reasonably priced ones at that.

Here are a few that my interest some.

www.tamrazsparts.com

www.usapartssupply.com

www.thepartsplaceinc.com

www.legendaryautointeriors.com (actually supply the above places)

For performance there are:

www.rocketracingperformance.com

www.jsmachineoldsmobile.com

Body parts

www.goodmarkindustries.com (Canadian made I have heard)

www.rustrepair.com (Chineseum)

I hope that gives people OTHER options.

John

I have also ordered from Tamraz on ebay, prices are good and I have had no issues either. Thanks for the list!

I like Supercars, when you call you actually talk to the owner Greg (I think) when placing the order.
He knows his stuff and is very helpful.

They should have already been dashed when you dragged home a 40 year old Oldsmobile. LOL.

I had big problems with CPU muscle car parts out of Chicago. After the sale customer service and knowledge of the cars is critical when buying parts. It is very frustrating dealing with a place that could care less about straightening out a mistake they made because they don't know the difference between an Olds and a Toyota.

MN71W30, yes that is frustrating to deal with. That's one reason I like Supercarsunlimited in Portland Ore. I used to live closer to Portland and when I did I made several trips to his store. I would guess Greg has been playing with Oldsmobiles for something over 30 years and has a number of nice cars in his collection. Although his prices aren't as low as the discount auto parts stores my confidence level that it's the right part is extremely high when buying from him. John
