New from Sweden Delta 88 -71
Hi everybody.
I live in Stockholm Sweden carefully treating my 1971 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale Convertible. First five years the car was in Florida, I´m the first owner in Sweden since 1977.
Celebrating 40 years this month the car is unrestored except the engine that had an overhaul (costly) some years ago.
Looking for the white plastic interior parts (lower part of doors and each side of the back seat).

Hello and welcome to Classic Oldsmobile! I own 2 '76 Ninety Eight Regency's and love all the '71-76 full sized Olds. Your car sounds great but you have to post some pictures of it! This is a GREAT forum for Oldsmobile lovers and you will find lots and lots of great people with all kinds of information, parts and cars. I love that you have an Olds in Sweden!

Trying to figure out how to post images.
There are a few thousend Oldsmobile's in Sweden. Majority medium sized 68-75 imported in the seventies and eighties + fifties cars imported the last 15 years.
The 88 and 98 from seventies are rare.

Every once in a while, I hear about somebody with an Olds overseas and I think it's great to see people in other countries really appreciate the American classics!
As for the pictures, check out the link below.

WELCOME!!
You Swedes are always welcome here. Take a break from your Volvos, Saabs & V dubs...
Nice looking Delta. A bit big for the small streets there.
Nice to hear there are so many Olds there, but the two times I was there, I saw none. Maybe because they were in hibernation during the snowy winters.
Good luck on the restoration!
