New from Sweden

Hi from Sweden
Found this great site recently. I´m an old Olds owner with a 64 Cutlass sport coupe and a 64 F-85 standard wagon. The Cutlass is sold new i Sweden and are almost ready for the street with a 455 and a TH-400.
The Flat-top was bought for me by my old buddy Larry from San Pedra CA. I found the ad on the net and he got it for me in San Diego. It needs almost everything in regard to finish but is roadworthy and used every week. I´ll post pictures later.......

Welcome, wagons rule!

Cool car, I like that sideview mirror above the vent window.

BTW, you ever come into contact with the Swedish Bikini Team?
Need pics if you do, put in a good word for me too.

Welcome to the site - nice wagon! I will stand out for sure.
What area are you in? There are several others from Sweden on this site with '64s.
Next time I visit there, i am going to be on the lookout for some Olds'!
Post more pics when you can...

Thanks for the warm welcome. I´m a Stockholm native now living in southern parts of Sweden. Just south of Malmo to be exact.
I´ll be digging out some more pictures.

I remember Stockholm and Malmo clearly. Malmo had an interesting castle and an upscale restaurant in the town square that served a wonderful reindeer steak. From there I took the train to Copenhagen. I liked it there for sure.

The wagon progress looks great - almost ready for paint! What will the final color be?

The color is something i have a really hard time to decide on. Because of that i´m gonna take care of the interior and every thing else before i decide. My 64 Cutlass is regal mist red. I also got ablack 68 el Camino so these colors are taken.
Funny Lady72nRob71 that you took the train over the bridge to Copenhagen. I do that every time i go to work. Live in Sweden and after a 12 min train ride i´m at work in Copenhagen, Denmark.
