Hello all,my name is James, I am 38 years old, and today I drug home my dream car, a 1972 cutlass supreme 2door hardtop. originally it was a 350 4 barrel auto car, currently has no engine, trans or windshield. My intention is to install a 350 tbi chevy engine and 700r4 trans out of a 90 model van for now and use it as a work and cruising car while I look for a 455 rocket and slowly restore the car. I have owned several 70s and 80s model oldsmobile cutlasses and a 76 model 98 and I have always wanted a 72 cutlass. I look forward to being a member of this club and I will be looking for quite a few parts, right now I need a rr quarter window , regulator, hardware and handle. I need a windshield but I will try to get a new one locally.

 

Welcome to the site James! When you have time please post pictures of your car. I should have the quarter window and hardware but I believe several other members will too. I'd encourage you to create a parts wanted thread and post your city/state to see if someone local to you has what you need.

Welcome, What color is it? I'm partial to red.

 

The car is primer black with silver stripes,has some rust. Its not much to look at right now but it will be someday. I will post pics when I get time.
