New Member - Not so new enthusiast

As a 55 year old enthusiast I have been without an Olds for over 25 years. Man, do the years fly by.

Over my lifetime I've had three 1970 Cutlass variants. My last was a legit W-31 I bought in California in the late 80's, drove it to Phoenix in '92 with 3.91 gears and all. Eventually sold it to fund a home purchase. Lots of cars since then have crossed my path but my thoughts are now back to owning another 1970.

My W-31 was a beauty, even got a bit of magazine coverage - that's my thinner, younger self behind the wheel. That was an awesome driving car. Last I knew it was in New Jersey - but that was late 90's.

I'll be keeping my eye open, maybe there is another '70 in my future.

Jeff

Wow very nice to have your car in a magazine article! Bet you wish you still had it! Maybe you can find it and get it back, pretty sure it's still around if it was in that shape in '92.

"As a 55 year old enthusiast I have been without an Olds for over 25 years. Man, do the years fly by." As John Lennon said, "Life is what happens to you while you're making plans." Good luck with your search, maybe use the Cars Wanted on this website, Auto Trader Classics has a nice selection. Happy New Year, may the force be with you.
