New guy!

Hi, i'm the new guy in town.. I hope this site helps with my 1970 olds W-31 I bought 1 month ago..

Does anybody out there know if it's okay to bypass the heater core ?
ie Connect Inlet hose to Outlet hose?


Original heat control was by opening/closing doors. Coolant flow ALWAYS thru core,even during our 95to100degF summers here in Louisiana.
