new to the site not the olds

hi everyone i just found this site so im hoping it will be a great place to find parts and info. as im 22 years old and have had quiet a few old cars except for maybe 3 all have been rockets. as the car i drove in high school was my 70 rallye 350, that my uncle bought in 1979, which one day will get the resto it deserves. right now im finshing restoreing a 1970 cutlass s w-31, that my grandfather bought in 1977 which was the last time it was on the road until i got it about 2 years ago i first started working on old cars with my grandpa and uncle they are the ones that has taught me so much about the hobby. looking forward to talking to new people.

Your last name doesn't happen to start with an S, does it? Does your grandpa have a triple-yellow 67 Ninety Eight convert?

no my last name starts with a G. and the only other olds my grandpa had was a 1965 442 4-speed post which i got and restored then trade back to him to get the w-31, that took a lot of convinceing mostly he has el caminos and gtos. my uncle on the other hand likes all gm, olds being the most, he is the one that got me to likeing them, all it took was a ride in his 68,and 69 hurst olds, which the 68 is faster which is kinda funny cause the 69 is fully restored and the 68 is an untouched original car. ill see if i can get some one to show me how to get some pics on here.
