my name is Jonas 34 years old and owndes a 64 Cutlass F85. my 65 mustang I sold it after 4 years. the olds fever has got me. for my olds there is a great story. before I found the car I found a thread on the internet on: every car Has a story. one of the blogger reported on the oldsmobile era. I loaded down the pics because they looked so great in the setting sun of California. a few months later a dealer here in Germany told me he will become a 64 Cutlass in a classical color. i went to the dealer to look at it. to the date I did not notice that he still had the black plate on it. I came up with the idea to compare the numbers on the black plates and found out that this was exactly this olds i found few months before in the www. I found the olds and he found me. it was fate so I had to have him. my garage of 115 squaremeters, I share with my buddy. He is allso guilty that the oldsfever got me. he drives a 65 442 cutlass convertible with a 455 cui big block. my olds is in absolute stock with the 330 cui and a powerglide transmission. i will upgrade him with a 403 or 455 with and a th 400 trani. I decided also to upgrade the whole suspension with a UMI handling kit and a quick steering box from cpp. it is awsome that i owned that car and to be a part of this oldsforum and family as well.

Welcome and very cool car. FYI, that two speed transmission is NOT a Powerglide, it's a Super Turbine 300 (ST300, also called the Jetaway by Olds). It shares NOTHING with a Powerglide. It also has the switch-pitch torque converter that can change stall speed.
