My name is Ty Smith. I enjoy older cars and especially muscle cars. I previously had a 1969 Camaro in my youth and that I wish I still had. Recently my mother gave me her car that she got from her dad when he passed away. 1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme with only 78,600 miles. It is all original except that exterior paint. It has been painted white. Original color was copper. 350 rocket engine 3 speed trans, original q-jet 4 barrel carb. Needs a few things and but in really good shape. I will attach pics later on.

3 speed automatic on the column. Probably TH350

 

generally, when someone says “3-speed”, it implies a manual tranny. Fun71 was clever in asking for clarification because sometimes it happens.

 

I will bet against the grain and say it is a three speed automatic.
