Cool!
I'd be willing to bet, your a happy Olds owner this morning.

Desirable color,buckets/floor shift,sport mirrors.

Any plans yet? Anything you want to do to the car?

Happy motoring!

What the heck is that clear plastic 'dome' in the last picture?? Never seen one of those before.

Car looks to be in really good shape for 41 years old!

well its a lonnnng story guys... and gals. but essentially I purchased the vehcile 2 years ago but wanted to wait until I complete graduate school... (M.Sc. - Master of Science in Computer Science 8/2011) before I "sat" in it... so ultimately I was paying a storage fee for my beliefs, but long story short, I screwed up on getting that 2000 impala BEFORE finishing school for my 1st degree in 98-2000, so I wanted to do it right this time around.

The bubble is called a carcapsule - I highly recommend it! www.carcapsule.com or ebay

What I look to do to is sell the rims/tires ($800 obo) and upgrade to either 18s or 20s with 40 series to keep it a mean muscle car look. Too bad we dont yet have RWL tires in 20s.

Its been restored already so I'm gathering details and looking to put in in a show..maybe I can make the goodguys in NC the end of October.

Other than rims, maybe some additional chrome, but its rather complete. Also I used james matthews trucking whom were very reliable and professional. Look for more pics as I find time whilst looking for work to pay for my expensive hobby of finishing out my 1971 Conv't now.

@oldsca - I think one of my bro's first car was a 84 or 85 Cutlass with T-TOPS! Not like the 87 442, but still Very rare. If I could acquire another for the original $800 paid for it, I would! Thanks.
