I'm trying to sell a 1968 Olds Delta 88
I've been searching the Internet to find out how I can sell my 68 Olds Delta 98. It's a four/door hard top. It's the old bluish color I don't know what the color is called but you see it on the old cars. The car was given to me by a relative that passed and it's been in my Mother's garage ever since. The car works just fine, other than it not being driven for 7 or 8 years! My Uncle had it registered in the "Cruising Woodward" parade the year he died. It's all original, it just needs some things in the dash replaced from what I can tell. I think he was replacing the air conditioner hardware. I can't remember the actual mileage on the car off hand since it's sitting in Michigan and I'm here in Wisconsin! I know that it's under 90,000.
If there's anyone here that is interested in this car let me know. It has the engine that is most sought after for this car, from what I've been told.

Photos, photos, and more photos!
Better description is needed, too. 2-door? 4-door? Hardtop? Sedan? Condition of the exterior? Exactly what "things in the dash" need replacing as things in the dash don't commonly go missing on a car unless someone has pulled them out to replace them or use them in another car.
What, exactly, were you trying to find on the internet? People were selling cars, even old cars, long before there was an internet. You decide on a price, describe it well, and post it for sale far and wide. The Cars for Sale section on this site is one good place. Craigslist is another. And as I said above, lots of photos. Interior, exterior, engine, underneath, trunk to name just a few.
The only engine available in your car was the 455, but it was available in three versions at three different horsepowers.
The full-size cars don't get the interest the Cutlasses do, so you may be advertising a while before you find a buyer. Four-doors are not as popular as two-doors. Olds did not make a convertible in the Delta 88 line in 1968, so we can assume your car is not a convertible.
If you're looking for an asking price, the Old Cars Price Guide lists the value of a '68 Delta 88 in good running, restorable condition at anywhere from about $2500 to about $7000 depending on exactly how much and what kind of restoration is needed.

I built a website dedicated to selling Olds. All the features are free and posting cars doesn't even require registration. Contact information removed by default after 2 weeks too so you don't have to worry about getting bothered weeks / months from now. Take the information in the above post and feel free to try out my site:
