Sell! Sell! Sell!
Sell! Sell! Sell!
All of you Olds 442 W-30 owners out there are sitting on gold mines (even more so than usual), according to this Craigslist posting:
classic 1970 olds 442 w-30 - $100000 (lowell, mi)
http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/cto/2243186048.html

So, is this asking price from someone SERIOUSLY delusional or a typo?
[PLEASE be the former. It's SO much better that way...

Not out of the question, too rich for my blood though.
The capital gains taxes on an original untouched car with no high buck resto and part deductions would be a killer, the increased wealth would put you in a higher income tax bracket too.
Be lucky if you could afford a beater after you sold that thing for $100K.

If he has the original card on this proving it is a W-30 then he might get that much.....those are pretty much the only way to verify an original. I am just about done with a Sebring Yellow W-30 with the all important docs to prove it. I am going to start a little higher than this car actually.
