Hello from Oak Harbor, WA

Hi, Rick from O.H. in northwestern Washington state here. I rescued a 1969 Toronado with all sorts of bells and whistles, including an infamous "Comfortron" system...that isn't working right now! The good news is just about everything else does work, although it needs a lot of tuning and eventually a new paint scheme. My Toro appears to have had a vinyl top at one time, but it's gone now and the whole car is a faded orange-peeled blue. I'm hoping to take it to gunmetal grey with black GM racing stripes, tinted windows, and...a BLOWER!!
Wish me luck, and rest assured I'll be asking TONS of questions.

Rick

Welcome to the site Rick! How long have you owned your car? Do you know any of the history on it? John

Ha Ha LOL Below the gnat line maybe but geographically near the center. By the way Good Luck NavyGeo on your build, I forgot to say that in my first post. Ask away if you run into trouble, someone will point you in the right direction.

Welcome to CO, NavyGeo! Wow! Great find, and great plans. Big ol' blower sticking up through the hood? Zoom-zoom-zoom, for real!
