Hello, looking for some 1972 olds info

I have a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible. I found an original "Production code" documentation. Cant seem to decode anything except the convertible model. Is there any links that i can find to help me decode this car? Thanks again

That's the production cards

only thing I got is the SA. Differential peg leg .

I can add that the model = 4267 which is a Supreme convertible body style.
