Hello

This is my first time posting on any site so bear with me. My name is Ron and I'm in the process of restoring a 72 Cutlass Supreme that I've owned since 1978. I've taken her with me all over the country but she hasn't been driven in about 8 years. I've been reading several of the threads and they've been very helpful as I'm going through an engine rebuild and front suspension and steering rebuild. It's been a slow but fun project so far.

Hello to you as well. It is amazing how much time you will now have to work on your car. Hopefully you have parts on hand.

Welcome to the site, nice to know the history of a car when you've had it for so long.

Welcome. Nice car! The '72 Supremes are my favorite year and body style. I've owned many of them.

Code 56 Sunfire yellow is my guess. Odd to see upper/lower painted cars in 72.What options does it have?
Looks relatively clean as well. Nice!

It was originally Covert Beige but I had it repainted in the early 80's to Sunfire Yellow. It also had a vinyl top that I had removed and painted to match.

Nothing special option wise, Power steering and brakes, A/C. 350 quad with auto tranny. Bucket seats and floor shifter. Originally had vinyl top.
