I have been coming to the site for a long time, but never sign up. I decided to fix that. I have been a Oldsmobile man for my life and outside of a 1969 SS Camaro that I gave to our son and my wife 2004 GTO. All cars have been Oldsmobile 442 or Cutlass models. There were 2 vans and 1 GMC Motorhome (which we still have) but my wife said that I should sell the Motorhome.
The 2 cars that I regret selling are my 1st car. A 1965 2 door post that I built in the service and a 1972 Hurst/Olds hardtop without the sunroof.

That is the 1 thing that I don't have, pictures. I will be moving soon so I will get pictures of the W-30 then. The Y-74 requires a lot of work after being in a storage yard and getting parts stolen off of it.
Welcome aboard and great history...I wish I could take a time machine back and NOT move some of my cars....I bet a lot of us do.
My first car, March 1980, was a 1969 Camaro Sport Coupe,,,,307 Powerglide and A/C. I forget what the trim code was but it was the fully trimmed model but today I am more about the Oldsmobile. I kinda wore my brains out on the "belly button" as my old friend says.

Wow it's been a long time, we now have the car here in Ohio with us. I have pictures of it on my phone but maybe it age related, however I can't post pictures from my phone. If someone will trust this old veteran with a phone number I will text the pictures to you for assisting with posting them. Hopefully I'm not out of bound by asking. If I am out of bounds I will delete this post.
You can call up the photo, cilck on the "share" function and send it to your email address. Use your desktop computer to open your email and download the pictrues from email to your computer. Then in the reply to thread on this site click on "go advanced" and browse your computer to wherever the picture is on the desktop and then upload it to this site and viola you have a photo attached to your post. I know this is a long process but it works for me.
You can post images from your phone...take your time...follow the directions....be patient....we certainly have...we've waited now....nine years?
