Welcome!

I am thinking that the 4-dr lid would would fit, also.
Maybe someone can either confirm it or knock that thought out of my head...

You must use the rare, elu$ive, $pecial, hard-to-find, HIGH DOLLAR, finance my kid's college and my retirement,Cutla$$ convertible trunk lid!

Which just happens to fit 1970-72 four-door Cutlass Town and Holiday sedans.

Not that they're any more common in wrecking yards now either...

As noted, the 70-72 4 door trunklid is the same as the convertible. Also, the 70-72 trunk lids are being reproduced now.

I wonder how high the quality is on those reproductions though? I've heard that reproduction Cutlass fenders are lousy at best.

BTW, welcome to our site. Good luck finding your parts.
