56 Super 88 Conv: Where is the conv top pump?

Strange story:
Sometimes the switch causes reaction in the conv top hydraulics, sometimes it does not.

There is power on the switch and the switch puts the power on the up, resp down cable, but no reaction.

I need to know how to get to the pump to see if the power arrives there.
Strangely enough, there is no wiring diagram in the shop manual, no clue, why that is the case.

Can you help?
Thanks

Hialeah, I have that book, but I need more, I need the wiring diagram for the roof and also the location of the relay switches and the electrical connections at the pump.
From the trunk side I see some tubes etc, but no cables etc.. Where is all that stuff??

Top pump

Behind the back seat, under the boot that holds the top when its down is a aluminum box which holds your motor and pump. This may be reachable from the trunk( I can't remember for shur it's been awhile) once there you can check the motor from that location. Hope that helps... Tedd
