68 Delmont wiper switch ?

Does anyone still offer a wiper switch for a 68 Delmont, would the 68 Cutlass/442 wiper switch be the same.
Thanks Dennis !

So it's been 3 and half years. No answer. Anyone offer the switch?

Apparently not.

Nothing like this is made new. But his idea of taking parts from another switch could work. I needed to repair the wiper switch on a '64 Jetstar 88 I once owned. I bought a switch off of a junkyard, later-year Vista Cruiser and cannibalized it for parts to repair mine. It worked fine.

I might have one.. I can't remember if I removed it before I scrapped the car. I'll check tomorrow.

I doubt it will help much, seeing as how, of the OP's two total posts, one was the one that started this thread in 2009, and the other was a request for a rear bumper in 2010, to which Radioburningchrome replied asking about his location, and never received an answer.

I agree with Jaunty, though - even when they changed the outside appearance of these switches, the actual mechanism was often the same, and a switch from a different year and model may provide a framework for a repair.

If Delta doesn't have what you need, tell me if this will fit?

Yeah, there's one also for the headlight switch. Do you have both? I'm missing the one on my wipers and I have a cracked light switch one.

If you're interested in parting with them and possibly the switch I could give them a nice warm home.

Work got in the way today so I'll pull the switch tomorrow after I pull some disc brakes at the junk yard.

Would that be a nice neat package of the wiper & headlight switches & retainers?

No headlight switch, do you know the condition of the wiper switch? The retainers for sure.

Well I just put a meter on the switch, contacts worked after running them on/off a few times, could definitely use some contact cleaner but it did show continuity in wiper & washer functions, here are the retainers, look pretty nice to me.
