Guys any advice on how too connect the power to the hei distributor i order on ebay it only has two terminals one says ignition and tje other says tach??? Help please

Ignition to 12V source when ignition is on.
Tach to tach pickup lead.

There are probably, without exaggeration, about a hundred threads on this board about how to connect HEI in non-HEI cars, no to mention the threads debating whether or not this is a good idea.

yea its a real simple install. Make sure you are not using the old wire that was going to the old distributor because it is probably not a full 12 volt source, and that is all it needs. The other wire is just for your tach gauge
