For sure I thought you had posted pictures of my 67 TC! ha... Actually yours looks worse than mine. I see the floor pan brace that has the body mount is gone at the end. They sell just that piece that can be welded to the original. I will be needing those as well. Bad part is the body should come off the frame because the brace attaches to the inner rocker back side. Thats what I am going to do. Will go straight up as high as necessary then remount with new mounts... Am already snapping off severely rotted frame mount bolts with no effort... A severe infestation of metal eating termites. I am so glad my stuff comes from the south.

 

I have a desert southwest 67 Cutlass languishing in the yard. It has no rust. Likewise the 66 Rund car I built. I would not want to try to fully restore something rusted so severely. It is hard to bring back body integrity when so much is gone.

 

You might want to take that body off the frame.
