Hello all Happy Newyear!!!
As you may or may not know i bought back my 70 442 that i owned from about 8,9 years ago.
I wanted to keep a progress thread so this is the start!!!
Here is what it looked like back then

This is what it looks like now, i like the red better so i will be changing it back

I started taking the side stripes off.

 

Took the car out for a cruise on newyears day and the water pump decided to blow a gasket antifreeze everwhere!!!
It wasnt the Weep hole it looks like an incorrect install or faulty gasket.
It has a new AC delco Pump and I can see where the gasket pushed out from not tightening the pump enought i think.
So i went and bought another Felpro $1.34 gasket.
