Jesse - Nice work, you look to be a pretty accomplished mechanic! Just curious, while updating the rearend, did you change the 3.08 gearing, or are you happy with them? I have 3.42's with Anti-spin in the O-type in my '67 4-4-2 and I think they're right where I want them. I don't do much Interstate highway driving (+70mph).
Thanks! I have not changed the gearing at this time. The car was not very reliable when I got it, so I had not put many miles on it and none on the highway. The engine and tranny seem okay for now, but the suspension, steering and brakes were shot. I just jumped in to correct those things so that I can then drive it safely and decide what to do next.
