Hey guys, wasn't sure where I would get the most exposure for this. Trying to gauge interest. Climate controlled secure storage with cameras to be available soon in the Monmouth county area of NJ. Acceptance will be granted only after an application process has been completed. There will initially be 30 spots available.

The project is going forward! There has been a strong demand for secure, climate controlled storage in this area of NJ. Closing will be in a few weeks. It will be storage for Cars, Motorcycles, Quads, Waverunners and Snowmobiles......a real Toy Box! We have 11 lifts on order.

Phase two will be the chartering of a Car Club and the construction of a mezzanined two story "man cave" with bar, big screen TV's and lounge overlooking the car storage. The second floor will go out to the roof of the building to a 4,000sf =/- deck.

Will be a real fun project.

We can protect you prized vehicle in our indoor, secure, climate controlled, vehicle storage facility, for a low monthly cost. The facility is heated and we run dehumidifiers 24/7 to keep humidity level between 40 and 45% to protect your vehicle. Our facility is centrally located to Routes 33, 34, 195 and the Garden State Parkway at the Monmouth Executive Airport. Convenient for the busy executive to “fly in and drive out”. We’ll take great care of your vehicle while you’re away on business or with the family.

This facility is built and managed by fellow car enthusiasts. We understand how important your cherished vehicle is to you.

VEHICLE SERVICES INCLUDED:
* Winterize the fuel system to preserve the integrity of your delicate fuel delivery system to prevent clogging and failure

* Dust your car and keep it covered to preserve your vehicle's finish

* Check the acid level in the battery and attach to a trickle charger to maintain charge and extend life

* Check the tire pressure once a month to prevent cracking and premature failure of the (expensive) tires

* Look the car over once a month to see if there are any unusual fluid leaks

* Detailing and other services available upon request

Thanks Eric. I am a CPA and I wrote the business plan almost 20 years ago for a client. For some reason, I just couldn't let the passion for this project go. I had the grand opening last weekend and God blessed me with a beautiful day surrounded by family, friends and fellow car guys! It was truly an event!

Having Grown up in NJ both E. Brunswick and Toms River. I'm very familiar with the area I think you have a great idea as there are a lot of homes with only single car garages and people want to protect their investments. Wish you great luck in your endeavor, it's nice to follow your dream.

Thanks guys for your well wishes. Almost full for the winter so now the trick is to fill it for the Summer!

The only downside is that now I can buy more toys! I have a place to put them. (did I say downside? )

Thanks for all the well wishes guys. We opened on November 1, 2014 and had all the spaces committed by December 1st. God is good!

I just took over enough space to add another 14 cars (and motorcycles). We are renovating now and should be available 01/17/15.

Already have 7 of those spaces committed!

If you know of anyone in the Wall / Farmingdale NJ area, please send them my way. It would be much appreciated.
