I've got a layover this weekend, are there any car shows or other hot rod related stuff to visit?

are u talking OC California? If so there are a few that happen regulairily in OC..Cars and donuts in Irvine and Darilic donuts in Huntington beach, both start early Saturday mornings and don't run but only a few hours, and good luck trying to find an OLds at any of them!....lol..........Drive magazine is a free magazine they hand out all over the southland and they post car shows all the time..Friday nights in garden grove downtown is a car show,also a few others around the area...

Thanks, we'll look around in Garden Grove...a few years ago I was there during the show at the Fairgrounds, saw a lot of cool cars, and even a couple of Oldsmobiles.

The Sat. night show in Whittier looks good, I think we'll hit Garden Grove and Whittier, SoCal seems to have a lot going on..

yep, bobs big boy in Burbank is where all the rich and famous bring their cars that they don't know how to build go to show them off!....its pretty cool too....lol

The show in Garden Grove was neat if you like low riders There was a 72 442, and a 55 98, too dark to take pics..
I hope the Whittier show will be better..
