1968 442 W-30 engine bay restoration *UPDATED*

Hello everyone. We just started this new project 2 weeks ago.
This is a 1968 442 W-30 4-speed car all numbers matching. Some of you may recognize this car from the past. It was once owned and worked on by Greg Godon. It was also featured in I believe Muscle Car Review in the 90's?

Here is the engine compartment as it was before we removed all existing parts.

We decided to pull the motor so that we can completely freshen up the engine. Heads will be freshened up with any new parts needed.
Intake has a crack in it, between the rear 2 rear carb secondary bores. We will be looking for a replacement.
Enjoy,

Yes, nice looking project! It looks like someone did a lot of work detailing the engine compartment in the past. John

Well after a month and a 1/2 of dealing with a pinched nerve in my back, we have resumed work on the 68 W-30. See updated pictures below.
Also working on a 455 assy with hydraulic roller camshaft for a 1968 442 convert, engine assy of 69 W-31 engine and early stages of a 1971 W-30 convert frame off restoration. Its's going to be a busy winter.
Pic's soon for those projests as well.
