Door Panels - Who makes best reproduction

Who makes the best quality repro door panels? So far it looks like:

  • PUI (OPGI sells these)
  • Distinctive Industries
Sources I have looked at: Yearone, BAP, OPGI. AutoObsession. I need '72 Cutlass S Couple front door panels, black.

Legendary is who I used. Great product. Better price than anybody else. And a lot of the other part places get them from Legendary. Just my opinion.

I have the PUI panels from OPGI. If I had it to do over again I would use Legendary. The PUI panels had some minor cosmetic flaws, and some of the clip holes on the back were glued closed. By the time I got around to installing them, I could not return them.

Unassembled does not have the metal curve at the top and you have to install yours. I will go with the assembled so i don't have to goof up a new set trying to finish them myself.

Check www.Automotiveinteriors.com I haven't used them but I plan to when I do My interior. They look like they have good stuff. Worth a shot.

Do these look like the Assembled ones?

I need black, maybe these are old stock. These are $298, but I see I can navigate to ones that are $411.

Yes, those are the assembled ones.
If you can stand the wait, get on their
notification list, they have 3 or 4 sales
a year that can save you some bucks.
