Who makes the best repo harness?

I thought I would ask before I put down some big money on some harnesses. I know M&H seems to be one of the main suppliers but I thought I would ask to see what others have tired. I really don't want to go the painless wiring route, just the orig type harnesses. I am just concerned about the under dash, engine, and front light harnesses. The rest seem to be in ok shape to use at this point. But I would appreciate anyone's insight. Thanks

Most of the harnesses are made from the same place - I just bought all the harnesses you said you were going to buy and I think most of them came form American Autowire usually the places we get our parts from charge the same price that the manufactures do so either way you should be fine. You can PM me if you want more info.

There's a great one right there in Ohio, who does PERFECT work. Don't know the name of the place, but a local club member...very particular about his cars, has used them twice, and says he couldn't believe how marvelous the harnesses were. Cost was only around $150 as well...can't beat that. If you are interested, PM me for this guy's home phone number.

Thanks

Thanks for the info everyone! I just like having things more stock since it is easier for a newbie like myself to put it all back together And for the money, I would like to get what I pay for. Restoring these old cars isn't a cheap hobby lol

Hi, I would also like to know who does the harness. I am seeking a fusebox for a '67 442 to send to M & H for a refurbish. They are not cheap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks BIll
Not sure if I am doing this right but here is my email wp4423030@insightbb.com

I sell here in Australia

'rebel wire'

they are a great harness and cheap, but I'm guessing you want a correct for restoration harness? if not check out Rebel, lots of good feedback easy to use and made by a hotrodder. Plenty of variances in the level you may require as in next to nothing electrical through to full electrics.
