A little bit of bleach and water on vinyl is OK, then wipe with water. Final clean with lemon pledge. Mold in the carpet use a little bleach ( 1 cup for 5 gallon pail of water) or Simple Green (amazing stuff). Then soak the carpert thoroughly with water and shop vac it back out until dry. Vinegar and lemon works good too! Happy scrubbling and Merry Christmas.
P.S. For those hard to get out stains in vinyl you can use a little laquer thinner on a rag and rinse afterward.

For mildew I used saddle soap. I got the stuff from horse accessory stores where you buy saddles/bridles etc.
Saddle Soap with clycerine is the stronger.

If it's the interors try baking soda. LOTS of it lol. On the carper on the seats. Then leave a few boxes open to suck in bad odors. The baking soday vaccums up then fabreeze it. You can also buy one of those moisture sucker buckets for basements and try that. But I have done the baking soday and fabreeze trick before and it worked. This is only for smell.

Got to find the cause of the mildew also. Make sure under carpet is dry. When I first got my car I placed a dehumidifier in the car and closed windows. I put a board on the front seat and placed the machine on it. I ran it for @ 15 hours. When I pulled the bucket out it had over a gallon of water in it. Obviously I did it when it was cool and dry outside ( I think it was early April) I did this two more times until no more water was collected. I used a small amount of bleech in my bucket with water. When that was complete I cleaned it again with a lemon cleaner..it helps remove the mildew and bleech odor. I then finish with a auto apholstery cleaner purchased at a parts store. No more odor and good color returned to the interior.
