I have a few sets, they aren't specifically from a 74, but all standard buckets fit 73-77 GM A bodies that had standard buckets already, if your car had & are replacing swivel for swivel buckets its a even swap. However the mounting locations are slightly different for swivel than standard buckets and the seat belts are totally different.

#1 NICE car, I like that color. The bench seat uses same outboard mounts as a standard bucket, you would need to add the inner mounts & then get seats. Also need the long seat belts & stalks for the inner female sockets, good luck on OEM they shatter like glass when old. I have heard that you can modify stalks manufactured for modern cars, just don't have the web addresses to share. Hope this helps

1973-77 Strato bucket seats use the same out board mounting points as the bench seat mounts and use the same seat belts as the bench(rear leg mounts on retractor housing), just delete the middle set of belts. I do not know if the inboard mounts for your 60/40 seats can be used for buckets. And as long as you're swapping to buckets MAW get a console and floor shift too.

if your still using bucket seats then, perhaps a 73-77 console cut off at the coin tray area (sits just fore of the shifter slots) Thus it would still fit the floorpan contour, be easy to anchor, and you might use the 'garage door' compartment to secure the radio.
Just something to think aboiut

All the best,

Brett

Hey Steve,
Just some ideas to pass along to you here.
A member on the new 73-77 oldsmobile forum took a 73-77 console cut it down to fit between his 60-40 bench.
It looks very nice, did a really good job!
Another member pulled his bench out, put a nice set of recovered buckets and console in, put some cup holders in place of the shifter.
It also looks really nice.
You should check it out.
Brett is our 73-77 parts, go to guy on here and the other Olds forum. He usually stocks a couple parts for us haha.
Most of our wives would kill us LOL, so we let Brett keep all the extra 73-77 parts stock at his house haha.
Your car look amazing Steve, nice interior!! Cut a console down it will look amazing!!
Cheers
Eric
