67 C/S A/C ventilation

67 C/S A/C ventilation

OK at the top right of pic is the retainer and seal for the ventilation duct work. I have the two metal parts,
Question is what is used for the seal portion? Foam?

OK guys, still looking for help with the type/style of insulation used.

I'd use the closed cell foam tape from 3M with the sticky on one side. About an inch thick uncompressed.
