1978 Oldsmobile 98 seats - what else will fit

Anyone know where I could find a list of car seats that match my bolting pattern? Ive got a 1978 oldsmobile 98 regency. getting the original seats redone (in great shape, but mint green...) will cost a fortune because its that thick lux. crap ...

The same style seat from any 1977-84 B or C body GM car will be a bolt-in. Includes Caprice, LeSabre/Electra, 88/98 and Catalina/Bonneville/Parisienne.

Rocketraider is correct. You might consider having an interior shop look at your car. I had both seats, all 4 door panels, and the package tray redone in my 71 98 for about $1000. If you are working on a budget check out this place:

Actually, 1977-1984 C-body and 1977-1990 B-body (the wagons were B-body cars even after the sedans went wrong-wheel-drive). The 1991-96 B-body seats MAY fit, but no guarantees. Also, the RWD D-body cars through 1990 (Deville, Fleetwood) should also be donors.

wow, thanks for the help fella's .. I will get back do you and let you know what i find out and get your opinions.

fwiw, http://s567.photobucket.com/albums/s...8/1978%20Olds/ - here is a a set of pic of the car inside and out. I had already talked to a local custom shop and he was talking something like 1000+ which is really out of my range. im used to paying around 300 to get seats done - but my guy can't do these seats, he's mainly a hog-ring style guy. I want to do all gray in the inside, and was thinking about dumbing donw the doors if I do that to save a dollar, plus I dont think the current design of the door panals would look good in gray.
