Suitable Replacement Radiator on my 84' ?

I'm working on replacing the radiator in my 84', and I'm not having a very fun time finding one. Even more so, one that's pref made in North America. Any body have any recommendations?

I'd go with an F-Body aluminum radiator.

It will require some tweaking to the trans cooler lines (slight bending by hand to line them up) & plugging off one hose connection that does not get used.

Other than that ... it drops right in.

Benefits are a cooler running engine.

Application I used years ago to get the right one at the parts counter ... was a 1989 F-Body w/a 350.

I think it's a Modine 951.

X2 Ryan take it to either Corbin radiator in Lansing or Austin Radiator in Mason, Find how many fins/inch thats on yours and maybe double, the fins per inch.

I found a Griffin aluminum 4 core for my 65 which was identical to the original--just aluminum and more cores-the tanks are the same. Only gets to 185 at idle on a 100 degree day. I did add a shroud also.

I actually found one from a parts store here in town that did some digging for me. And found a exact replica of what was in there. Surprisingly a lot are going to the hard plastic tanks now, which I never thought of being an issue, so the one I have you can tell has been sitting on the shelf for quite some time, but still has the brass tanks and is a 3 core like the original. Made a world of difference! I felt it was better to just replace the original rather than getting it re-cored cause it had been repaired and re welded a couple different places at a few different times, and started to show signs of future issues.
