'67 442 Data Plate....tough one!!!

Okay, we need the big guns for this one.
1967 442 Holiday Coupe
Lansing built, so easy, right?
E Tinted Windows
2
B 3-speed manual
R rear speaker
5
V 442 trim
Now the hard part:
L62G052 paint code?
LX-146 ?

That sounds like a paint manufacturer's formula number. May have been a special order non-GM color that someone had pull enough to get?

Dave Heilala would be the guy I'd ask as he was at the factory in those years, but he's not on ROP much anymore and I don't think he's ever been on here.

Certainly something to look into. Can check into paint specs/numbers to see if it is a similar format. Could be that L62 and G052 could be 2 different paint manufacturers specs.
I have Dave's e-mail and can check with him.

Thanks, another good thing to look into. I've seen those "special" paint tags before.

I'm not even sure that code directly has to do with paint. Partly because of that additional code below it.

Yes, great site, but it isn't covered there. Keith hasn't updated his information there for quite a few years now. I contributed some of the content posted there.
