i was wondering if anyone could help me with this question.

i have a 1965 cutlass f-85 convertible. it has cutlass script on the front fenders and rear panel between the tail lights. but the dash says F-85. when i look into production statistics, i can't seem to identify which numbers pertain to my vehicle. i see the cutlass listed, the f-85 cutlass listed, but the only convertibles i see listed say "442"...so i need some help figuring out how many of my vehicle were produced. i was told that someone on this site can breakdown cowl tags, any help would be appreciated. i can take a pic of the cowl tag if that will help anyone. thanks in advance for any help!!

 

my dash is the same, f85 is the base model, cutlass is the high end car, more hp, more comfort. check 442 bro.com for all things 65,he has all codes for options etc. post a pic of cowl tag and the vin(drivers door pillar) stan
