Recently acquired some rare original documentation dated from 10-12-83 from Oldsmobile regarding the production and schematics showing what GM did and what was Cars and Concepts responsibility for '84 H/O's.
Here are the Lansing plant's production schedule for '84 H/O's:
Week of 11/4, 4 lead units built
Week of 11/21, 78 (26 per day for 3 days)
11/28, 210 (35 per day for 6 days)
12-05, 210 (35 per day for 6 days)
12/12, 175 (35 per day for 5 days)
12/19, 175 (35 per day for 5 days)
December total 848
January 1200 (50 per day for 24 days)
February 1200 (50 per day for 24 days)
March 252 (50/day - build out at Olds 3/7 -- C&C about 3/10)
Total 3500
