Broken ignition switch

1972 olds cutlass supreme. Tilt wheel. Ignition recently started sticking when starting the car. Had to manually return switch from forward position after engaging the engine. Then, finally, ignition simply "broke" upon trying to start. So, now key turns without engaging the starter. Just turns loosely. Guess cylinder is broken.(?)

Can't get car out of park, can't start (obviously). Waiting for triple a, as this happened 2 miles from my house (fortunately not 200, as I just returned from a long road trip, which was awesome).

Any way I can get this car started??

Would love to not wait 3 hours for these guys to locate a truck with dollies, as they vannot get the car in neutral to get it on a flatbed.

Beyond that. I imagine whole cylinder needs to be replaced?
