52 Olds 98 front spindle size??

I have a 52 olds 98 that I would like to convert to disc. I have the chance to buy a drum to disc conversion for a 1955 chevrolet full size car for real cheap. Are the spindle/bearing sizes the same? I can fabricate caliper mounts.

The Olds parts book shows part number 909052 for the inner bearing on the '52, and 909001 for the outer. The Chevrolet parts book shows (for the 1955 pass.) 909040 for the inner and 909041 for the outer. However 909052 is shown for the inner on the '53-61 Corvette. 909001 does not appear in the Chevy parts book. Here's another wrinkle: The number 909001 in the Olds book was hand corrected to 909067 by a previous user. 909067 is shown in the Chevy book to fit many Chevy cars and trucks, but not the '55. I don't know the bearing "sizes".

According to the Chevy book, a king pin was used up to 1954. In 1955 ball joints were used.
