394 air cleaner/ valve cover 4 barrel
I think i know the answer but trying to confirm. Wasnt Starfire and 98s chrome valve cover and air cleaner? Then 88s could be red or black depending on the engine HP? I know all 2 barrells were black cleaners and the blocks were red or green depending on HP.

'61 & '62 Starfires were painted red and had "unpolished chrome " valve covers and air cleaner tops .
'63 & '64 Starfires and 98 sport coupes were painted red and had unpolished chrome air cleaners and silver painted valve covers .
'61 thru '64 4 barrel engines were painted red and had silver painted valve covers and air cleaners . .
'61 thru '64 2 barrel high compression engines were red with red valve covers and black air cleaners .
'61 thru '64 low compression engines were green with green valve covers and black air cleaners .
As far as I know .
