All 1964-1990 Olds V8 blocks share the same architecture. The only substantive external difference between the small block and big block Olds motors is the deck height. Oil pan flange is the same, as is the gasket. The SBOs used a different pan, as did Toro motors, but the differences are in the overall shape. There are no differences in the gasket flange and SBO/BBO/Toro pans all can be swapped.

The thing about the oil pan gasket that makes a one-piece gasket unlikely is that the flat portions along the pain "rails" require different characteristics than the portions that run transversely across the front and back of the engine and curve around the bearings.

I've used those expensive 1 piece gaskets on type-C engines... and they leaked in both cases. We actually took one of them back off, used right stuff on both sides of it, re-installed, and it started seeping a year later again. I'm not sure if it was the gasket or the pan, but I wasn't overly impressed.
On the Olds engines, I've had decent luck with the steel core gasket that was referred to as the "diesel" pan gasket.... Fel Pro OS30471C. I use the Right Stuff on a lot of places (e.g. intake manifold end rails), though I can't say it's given me better results in preventing leaks on the oil pan. If nothing else, cleaning it up later sucks... it's tough.
